Setting the Time on Your Watch

Before You Start
Hold your watch over a soft surface in case it slips. Avoid setting the time between 9 PM and 3 AM to prevent damage to the date mechanism. If your watch has a screw-down crown, turn it counterclockwise until it releases to the first position.

NH34, NH35, and NH36 Movements

The NH34 features a GMT hand. The NH35 has a date-only complication, while the NH36 offers a day-date complication.

To set the time, pull the crown to the correct position. The first position allows you to set the date (NH35), the date and day (NH36), or the day and 24-hour time (NH34). The second position is used to set the time. Pull the crown to the second position and rotate it to move the hands. If your watch has a date, make sure to check the AM/PM cycle.

To set the date, push the crown to the first position and rotate to adjust the date, day, or 24-hour time depending on your movement. Once finished, push the crown all the way in and screw it down if required.

VK63 Movement (Meca-Quartz Chronograph)

This hybrid movement combines quartz accuracy with a mechanical chronograph feel. Pull the crown to the first position to adjust the date and to the second position to set the time. Rotate the crown as needed.

The chronograph is controlled using the pushers: the top pusher at 2 o’clock (A) starts and stops the chronograph, while the bottom pusher at 4 o’clock (B) resets the chronograph hands. To use, press A to start, press A again to stop, then press B to reset. If needed, pull the crown to the second position and use the pushers to realign the hands. Finally, push the crown back in and screw it down if your watch requires it.
